Admissions policy

Willowbank welcomes all children on a first come first serve basis and when the nursery reaches full capacity, names will be place on a waiting list.  Ratios per adult / child will be adhered to as set down by social services.  All staff hold all relevant qualifiations along with Hygiene Certificates and First Aid Certificates. They are vetted before taking up employment. Parents must complete a registration form before a child may be admitted to the nursery.  The staff at Willowbank are open to suggestion on how to improve our provision so feel free to approach us and make suggestions or put them in writing and place in a box in reception. Copies of policies & Procedures are available for you to view.

We are situated just off the Millbrook roundabout in Willowbank Business Park built by Ledcom at the top of Willowbank Road. It is beautiful and well maintained site with spacious outdoor facilities with ample car parking space.

The nursery will be open 5 days a week for 7.30am - 6.00pm excluding public holidays
Other holidays as per notification

Outings will be discussed.  Fees are due monthly / weekly in advance. Childcare vouchers are accepted.

Fees for 2011 are:

Fulltime daycare: (5 FULL DAYS)	£150 per week	Part time daycare: (Min 2 days)	£35 per day
Half-days:	£25
After schools:	£5 per hour	*An extra charge will be made if children are collected late	*Fees are due monthly/weekley in advance
